Abstract

This study is motivated by the suboptimal implementation of accessible learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, particularly in relation to the limited development of inclusive instructional design and the integration of Islamic values. It aims to formulate a conceptual model of accessible learning based on Islamic values to strengthen inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study employed a library research method by examining books, journal articles, research reports, and relevant scholarly literature. The research data include the concepts of accessible learning, inclusive education, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Universal Design for Learning, humanistic Islamic education, and social constructivism. The findings show that the values of al-‘adl, rahmah, karamah al-insan, musawah, tasamuh, and ukhuwah can serve as an ethical foundation for flexible, participatory, and non-discriminatory learning. This study concludes that an accessible learning model based on Islamic values is essential for improving access, participation, and learning success for all students.
