Corruption is an extraordinary crime that poses serious threats to the stability of law, politics, economy, and society. Indonesia continues to face this issue, as reflected in the 2023 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) with a score of 34/100, ranking 115th globally. This study employs a library research method with normative and conceptual approaches to analyze strategies for combating corruption. The findings indicate that effective measures must combine both preventive and repressive efforts. Preventive strategies include anti-corruption education, bureaucratic reform, transparency, and digitalization of public services. Meanwhile, repressive measures focus on consistent law enforcement, strict criminal sanctions, and asset recovery. Challenges include political interference, permissive cultural attitudes, and limited resources. Thus, an integrative approach is required, strengthening the independence of anti-corruption institutions, utilizing digital technology, and fostering active civil society participation to ensure effective and sustainable anti- corruption systems
